Process Pipework

We fabricate and install stainless steel process pipework for the food and beverages sector. Product fillers, pasteurisers and CIP (cleaning in place) systems are just some of the applications that we work with. Our pipework is welded using TIG (GTAW) welding processes and argon-purged to ensure a hygienic finish within the interior of the pipes.

Service Pipework

We fabricate and install service pipework for a variety of appliances and machines. We install service supplies such as steam, condensate water and air as well as chemicals etc. We can provide thin walled pipework installations or thicker schedule pipework made from stainless or carbon steels. In addition we install service instrumentation such as flow meters, temperature gauges,  pressure reducing valves, steam traps, modulating valves etc.

Repairs

Whether there is a leaking pipe or a defect within a product tank, we can carry out welding repairs to keep our client's operation running. We can work alongside crack-detection engineers on prescheduled visits or attend call outs when emergency repairs are required. We can also dye-test problem areas of tanks and pipework and effect appropriate welding repairs.

We undertake small fabrication jobs such as bespoke stainless steel guards, handrails and covers. Our custom made fabrications are always made to a high standard observing best possible practices. Care is taken when planning and installing our work to ensure that our client's production operation is not compromised.
